As part of our continued partnership with CAE, OAC SPACE has delivered a series of stategic refurbishments to support the evolution of their workspace. This ongoing upgrade programme has included the transformation of future training areas, revitalisation of staff breakout zones, and the installation of acoustic pods to enhance flexibility and focus within the open-plan environment. A key milestone was the refurbishment of the building’s reception, creating a more contemporary and welcoming first impression for both staff and visitors.
In addition to interior upgrades, OAC SPACE supplied and installed new LED lighting throughout the entire building, improving energy efficiency and light quality. A standout achievement in the programme was the installation of the second–and, at the time, largest–R32 chiller in the UK, reflecting our technical capability. This work exemplifies our ability to manage complex live-site projects while delivering long-term value and performance for our clients.
