OAC SPACE acted as Principal Contractor for the full CAT B office fit-out of Hana Bank’s London headquarters, working collaboratively with the client and design team to deliver a refined, high-performance workspace.
The project transformed the floor plate into a modern corporate environment, with standout features including a bright and stylish entrance, bespoke joinery and lighting, and carefully curated new furniture throughout. A fully fitted kitchen and tea point were integrated to support staff wellbeing, while a statement boardroom provides a professional setting for executive meetings.
The project also included a full MEP upgrade, ensuring the space meets the highest standards of comfort, efficiency, and functionality, all delivered on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
