OAC SPACE was appointed to deliver the full CAT B fit-out of Rontec’s new 10,000 sq ft headquarters, transforming an empty shell into a fully operational, high-spec workspace – all completed in-house within just 3 months. The project began with a rapid 2-week design period, followed by a tightly managed 10-week build programme, showcasing our ability to deliver fast-track projects without compromising on quality.
Our in-house teams oversaw every element of the fit-out, including mechanical and electrical systems, communications infrastructure, bespoke space planning, custom furnishings, and premium finishes throughout. A key feature of the space is the bespoke reception desk, enhanced with integrated LED lighting, creating a striking and professional welcome area that reflects the brand’s identity.
OAC SPACE also managed the client’s relocation, coordinating the move from their existing offices into the new headquarters seamlessly. This project is a testament to OAC SPACE’s end-to-end capability, delivering speed, style, and precision with complete control from concept to completion.
