OAC SPACE has delivered a series of high-specification upgrades that showcase both technical expertise and a deep commitment to sustainability. Our team executed multiple CAT A dilapidations across various floors, carried out complex split-demise works, revitalised the buildings Mezzanine floor with a fit-out, and upgraded the buildings key mechanical systems including CHW, LTHW, and condenser water pumps — replacing them with Armstrong intelligent variable-speed pumps featuring cutting-edge quadratic sensorless technology. We also designed, developed and implemented significant LED lighting upgrades to improve both efficiency and ambiance of this 49 floor building, including the stairwell.
Working in close collaboration with the landlord, OAC SPACE continues to drive initiatives aimed at improving the building’s energy efficiency rating, supporting its pathway toward a compliant, future-ready, and environmentally conscious commercial asset.
